✅ Stay on call throughout the shift to communicate with teams in real-time.
✅ Schedule and manage calls between teams, ensuring smooth coordination.
✅ Track current team locations and provide next destination details along with targets.
✅ Maintain accurate records of team movements and updates.
✅ Provide quick resolutions to any scheduling or communication issues.
✅ Ensure clear, professional communication at all times.
🔹 What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Language: Professional-level English fluency (spoken & written).
✔️ Experience: Prior experience in a call center, dispatch, or coordination role is a plus.
✔️ Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using scheduling tools, communication platforms, and CRM software.
✔️ Attention to Detail: Ability to track locations, schedules, and provide accurate instructions.
✔️ Problem-Solving Skills: Quick thinking to handle unexpected schedule changes.
✔️ Availability: Must be able to work the 6:00 PM – 3:00 AM USA time shift.
