We are looking for a tech-savvy and analytical individual with a background in Computer Science who is eager to learn and grow in a dual-role combining System Administration and Business Analysis.

Key Responsibilities:
System Administration:
- Maintain and update WordPress-based websites
- Ensure systems and tools used in marketing, sales, and operations run smoothly
- Assist in the automation of internal processes and workflows
- Learn and support integration tools like Dell Boomi, Mulesoft, and TIBCO
Business Analysis:
- Analyze business processes to identify areas of improvement
- Scout for new tools, technologies, and talent to support operations
- Support in preparing reports, proposals, and client outreach strategies
- Work closely with business development and sales teams to introduce the brand to new markets
What We’re Looking For:
- Educational background in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
- Passionate about learning business tools and enterprise software (e.g., SAP, NetSuite, Salesforce)
- Comfortable managing websites (especially WordPress)
- Strong communication skills and a proactive mindset
- Ability to work independently and remotely
Nice to Have (But Not Required):
- Familiarity with APIs, integration platforms, or basic scripting
- Experience with CRM or ERP systems
- Basic understanding of digital marketing and sales funnels
